私たちの農園を「無農薬の里」に育てたい。約30年前に自然を壊さない自然循環型農業をめざして営農を始め、初期の目標を確立し現在に至ります。
We want to nurture our farm to become an "organic village".We started farming about 30 years ago with the aim of natural circulation-type farming which does not destroy nature, established our initial goal, and reached where we are today.
「土」の中の微生物を殺してしまわないように農薬・科学肥料を一切使用せず、農園で飼育している平飼の鶏などの糞を肥料にしています。
We do not use any pesticides or chemicals and use manure from the free-range chickens and other animals that we rear at the farm as fertilizer so that we do not kill the microorganisms in the "soil".
レストランでは“野菜を食べて、朝からキレイに”をモットーに、季節感あふれる素材をふんだんに使った料理をご提供しております。
At our restaurant, with "eat vegetables and become beautiful starting from the morning", we serve dishes made with generous amounts of seasonal ingredients.
農産加工施設では、加工品類についても化学調味料等を使わずに、ひとつひとつ心を込めて手づくりしています。
At our food processing facility, we do not use artificial seasonings when processing food and instead, wholeheartedly make each one by hand.

季節ごとに農業体験も企画しておりますので、ぜひご参加ください。「アグリエの森」では、農産物や加工品、お弁当などを販売しております。また、小規模作業所「サンサンファクトリー」を設立し、農業を通して障害者の方々の自立支援にも力をいれております。「農家のレストラン」は完全予約制ですので、お電話にてご予約ください。
We also plan farming experiences during each season, so please participate in them.
At "à griller no Mori", we sell agricultural products, processed goods, box lunches, and so on. Also, we have established a small-scale work site, "San San Factory",and are striving to support the independence of people with disabilities through farming as well. "Farmer's Restaurant" is reservation-only, so please make a reservation by phone.
